Capitan Suizo consists of 8 thatched-roof bungalows and 22 rooms.

Amenities include: The bungalows and all of the rooms on the second floor are built in such a way that air conditioning is not needed. Rooms on the first floor have a/c. Each unit is equipped with a telephone, an FM/AM radio, a safety box and a small refrigerator.
