Rooms:
The 70 guest rooms include a king/queen size or two double beds, air conditioning, satellite color TV, and a full private bathroom with shower. Most offer private balconies and superb ocean views. All but 16 rooms overlook the ocean. Adjoining rooms are available upon request.

Standard - These large comfortable rooms offer simple and modest furnishings with views of the garden and pool area.

Superior - These large rooms are perched over water and offer up-graded room interiors and fantastic ocean views from both the balcony or the room.

Junior Suite - These are over sized superior rooms with king-size beds, typically corner suites, which offer a comfortable sitting area for added relaxation. These large rooms are perched over water and offer fantastic ocean views from both the balcony and the room.

One Bedroom Suites - The two-level one bedroom offers a living room with a futon, private bath and balcony with a stunning ocean view on the first floor. The up-stairs open-air loft features a sleeping area with a king size bed and same stunning ocean view.

Two Bedroom Suites - The two-bedroom unit offers a large sitting and dining area and a private bath on first floor. The second floor features two bedrooms with a private bath. These rooms also feature ocean views.

Guest services include babysitting, car rentals,tour desk, laundry, gift shop, free scheduled shuttle to town, and a dive center. 

Dining

Beach Restaurant, Bar and Activity Building
The beach features a new two-story building along the channel jetty. The first floor has a high ceiling open-air bar and restaurant with its own kitchen. The bar has a "sports bar" theme and includes a pool table, darts, and occasionally live music. The second floor is a dramatic open-air area with a cathedral ceiling. The beach restaurant and bar, similar to all of the resort dining facilities and keys on the Main Terrace Level, as well as the second floor area, is positioned to enjoy spectacular sunset, coastline and bay views. 

Our open-air restaurant has magnificent ocean views, one of which offers a full breakfast buffet and cooked-to-order or special theme buffets for lunch and dinner. The menu changes with every meal, and adding add to the dining variety.

The beach front grill offers lighter fare and cocktails during the hours of 11am - 5pm (open inseason).

There are three bars on property, including a swim-up pool bar. Enjoy our fantastic sunset with a tropical drink as the perfect way to end the day. 

Entertainment

full-service beach resort, Sunset Waters offers a wide variety of activities both on land and sea. From diving to tennis, from mini golf to kayaks, there are activities here for all interests.

Beach
Sunset Waters Beach Resort has the finest resort beach and ocean view location on the island. The beach has a beach volleyball court, restrooms with showers, and refreshment stand.

A small, private section is reserved for "Au Natural" sunbathing. 


Pool
Sunset Waters has a fresh water pool with a tiki bar (including half its seats in the pool), children's pool and whirlpool. The pool area itself has a large sunbathing area, as well as shower, changing rooms and rest rooms. .

Casino
For those who like gaming, Sunset Waters offers a casino complete with both tables and slot machines. Sunset Waters Casino includes four tables featuring black jack, roulette and Caribbean poker. We offer 80 slot machines including 40 Various Aristocrat machines. 

Golf
If golf is your game, there is a handsome 18 hole golf course on the island just 25 minutes away. Sunset Waters can make arrangements for tee times.

Miniature Golf
An eighteen-hole miniature golf course is located near the resort office and receives a lot of play from family groups and young adults. Practice up for Friday's mini-golf tournament.

Court Sports
The beach has a tennis court with a high quality playing surface and new professional quality lights. There is also a children's play area with swings and a sand volleyball court. Basketball hoops and soccer nets are also available at the tennis court. 

Water Sports
On the large, secluded beach you will find a fleet of kayaks, floats, pedal boats, and snorkel equipment, which are available for your use. The resort's large swimming pool features a swim-up pool bar, and is home to many activities and games throughout the day. The calm waters of the coast at Sunset Waters and in particular the calm waters of Santa Martha Bay are ideal for kayaking. 

Marina Services
Santa Martha Bay provides a fine sheltered docking area for boats. The improved marina at Sunset Waters offers limited service.

Eco-Tourism
Christoffel National Park and Natural Area are a short drive from Sunset Waters Beach Resort. The park offers hiking, including a 1-hour hike (with some scrambling) to the top of Mt. Christoffel, at 1,295 ft the highest point on the island, scenic drives and guided nature walks. Mountain biking and horseback riding are also available at the park.

Fishing
Fishing, including tarpon and snook, is available in and around Curaçao and its bays, including Santa Martha Bay. Deep-sea fishing is available further offshore. 

Scuba Diving/Snorkeling
Scuba diving, either from the beach or by boat from the dive shop at Sunset Waters Beach Resort is available. Sunset Waters offers some of the best snorkeling in Curaçao including a marked Sunset Trail.
