Guests
of the Lodge clearly have a taste for the extraordinary. Ranked
number one by Zagat's Restaurant guide for Hawaii and the Condé Nast
Traveler's Readers' Choice Award, the Lodge at Koele's menus are as
diverse as they are delectable. Creative preparations call for island
seafood, poultry and game as well as local fruits, herbs and vegetables.
You'll find settings excite the senses as well -- from the floral
splendor of the Terrace Restaurant to the stately opulence of The Formal
Dining Room. And, on certain luminous evenings, you may keep company
with the celebrated artists, writers and chefs who appear as guests of
the Lanai Visiting Artists Program.

From stunning mountain vistas to lush greens surrounded
by century old Cook Pines, a round at Koele is much more than a game. It
is truly an experience. Designed by Greg Norman, this championship
course has garnered numerous awards and accolades since its opening a
mere decade ago. No other course in Hawaii, perhaps even the
world, offers such an incredible combination of upland terrain, inspired
landscape architecture, and range of play challenges. |
