162 studios, two-and-three-room suites in 11 two-story buildings on 10 lushly landscaped oceanfront acres. 

Each unit has a private lanai with an ocean view plus the added feature of a kitchen. Hotel rooms are the exception, equipped with a mini-refrigerator and coffee maker only.
