El Dorado has 4 lakes, where six holes come into play, and will be by far the finest Championship Golf course in Mexico and one of the finest in the world.

El Cormedor opens it dining room for early risers at 6;30am. You can enjoy breakfast in air conditioned comfort or on the covered terrace surrounded by tropical gardens, waterfalls, and coconut palms, while listening to the relaxing sound of the surf in the background. Guests may venture to the continental buffet and select from a tempting array of carefully prepared local fruits and freshly baked breakfast pastries. Or they can choose from a menu that reflects a variety of Mexican, American, and European favorites. 

Lunch service is available in The Dining Room, the Beach Club, under the poolside palapa, or on your own private balcony. Choose from our generous selection of light or full fare entrees, salads, and fresh local seafood cocktails. 

The dinner experience is out of a novel. El Cormedor's versatile Dining Room is equally suited for romance and an important business discussion, with service attuned to the special needs of the individual guests.
