Built in 1580, the Casa de Sierra
Nevada is one of Mexico's finest hotels. A few blocks from the town

El Centro
Many guests opt to start dinner with the artichoke hearts and shrimp
served with a light, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, followed by the
fresh salmon baked to perfection in an olive crust, and end their repast
with tequila crepes flambé.
The Blue Bar
The Casa del Parque offers a bar where the boleros of a local trio
provide the perfect backdrop to indulge in a refreshing cocktail or
aperitif before dinner. The Blue Bar extends on to the patio where you
can sip your drink of choice whilst soaking up the atmosphere of the
town bustling along in front of you

Nestled beneath the colonnades of the mansion, the menu features tasty
Mexican specialties with exotic names and flavors, like sopa azteca,
tacos a la milpa, trozo torero, mole de marilú, and leche quemada a la
naranja.
