Announcing a restaurant as fresh, new and exciting as it's cuisine! The Echo Restaurant opened it's doors in August to rave reviews. Taste Chef Roy's new American cuisine and see why the word is getting out. Featuring classic entrees with a tantalizing twist such as Hoisin Glazed Chicken Breast with Sesame Risotto, and Horseradish Crusted Salmon with a Citrus Vinaigrette. Check out our menus for more delectable treats! It's a welcome new dining experience and you don't even need to leave the hotel! 

The Echo Restaurant is open for lunch daily from 11am-1:30pm and for dinner from 5pm-10pm. The Lounge, featuring our exclusive 180 degree bar and outdoor patio seating, is open daily from 11am-11pm and serves appetizers, and light meals.
