Mana Island Resort

Mana Island is a 300 acre portion of Paradise nestled among the sunset string of pearl islands that make up the Mamanuca group just west of Nadi International Airport. 

Being only 12 minutes flying time out of Nadi Airport or 90 minutes of leisure cruising from Denarau Marina among the neighboring islands, Mana is surrounded by pristine beaches, breath taking live coral reefs and crystal clear waters. 

South Beach is where the major playground is located, whilst the North Beach is more relaxing. Sunset Beach is secluded and more popular among the sunbathers.

83 Tropical Garden bure type, not air conditioned, but equipped with a ceiling fan, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facility and hot/cold water via the shower and vanity basin. The interior decor is simple and  Fijian  with double and single beds, and a small outdoor patio.

32 Hotel Room type and 20 Bure type Rooms in the Deluxe category.   32 of these rooms set against our 'mini mountain and looking out into the North-western horizon and the island where Tom Hanks recently shot part of the film "Castaway". The rooms are fully air-conditioned including a ceiling fan, hot/cold water with shower and bath-tub facility and 2 Queen sized Beds. Each room fronts on to a balcony overlooking the North Beach.

18 Executive Bure type.  Painstaking care was employed in the interior decor of these accommodation type from the selection of furniture, drapery, linen and amenities to the knick-knacks and mini-bar facilities. The 'butler' service that complements the specialty in this category of accommodation is a manifestation of our desire to make our guests know that they are special. Each bure has its own private sundeck.

7 Honeymoon Bure type. The interior decor of each bure is simply elegant, with tall, stained mahogany walls; high ceilings, exposed rafters, split-level mahogany and tiled floors. The imported Italian tiles that grace the walls of the vanity and bath areas are complemented by especially selected simple, yet elegant and practical furniture, granite bench tops and ivory tap ware. The spa-bath and walled off shower room extend out into an enclosed garden patio planted with specially chosen palms and greenery that provides a unique touch of having the outdoors in!

The bi-weekly "Shark feeding dive" at the "Supermarket" just off Mana is always the climax of dive instructions and practices. The Mana Island Resort scuba diving concession is operated by PADI accredited specialists: Aqua Trek.

• The night activities on the Resort includes live 6 piece Band including male and female vocalists churning out music of the islands and the international arena that transcends the ages.

• International Crab Race each week is a never to be missed event as are the Fijian Meke Nights and the Polynesian Show Night. 

RESTAURANTS AND BARS 

The Mamanuca Restaurant  Caters for full American Breakfast Buffets, light Japanese lunchtime snacks and a cosmopolitan a-la-carte Dinner menu. Just outside the Restaurant is a timber decked terrace that caters for daily BBQ lunches under azure skies and theme Buffets each evening under a canopy of stars, unobstructed in their romantic magnificence. Our nightly Theme Buffets provide an international tour as the week progresses from Fijian & Pacific Traditional, Asian, Indian Curry, Mongolian to European.

The South Beach Restaurant  The strategic location of this fine restaurant makes it conveniently close for beach frolickers for lunches and soothing thirst quenchers. The decking area provides for a breezy mid-morning to sunset setting where lunches, snacks and drinks are served while patrons soak up the true tropical atmosphere and scenery. 
For a romantic evening of fine dining cruise through an adventurous dinner menu and selection of fine wines, the South Beach Restaurant provides the right atmosphere.

Three bars stock a wide range of local and international brands of beers, spirits, wines and liqueurs. Each bar is an individual "watering hole" with its own individual character and purpose. 

The Poolside Bar is a true oasis for poolside loungers, North Beach frolickers and lunchtime BBQ lovers. Every afternoon the Bingo crowd and cocktail chasers form clusters around the Poolside Bar interacting during the 5.00 - 6.00 p.m. "Happy Hour" as the setting rays of the sun plays magical games with colors in the sky. 
The Ika Vuka Bar in the main complex really comes alive around 8.00p.m. as the after diner shows and live band music usher in the evening entertainment and partying.
The South Beach Bar opens around mid-day to cater to the thirsty South Beach frolickers and lunchtime patrons, livens up just after 6.00 p.m. as the Happy Hour cult chase the sunset colors to 7.00 p.m. During the rest of the evening the Bar is a quiet yet efficient provider for beck and call of the lovers of fine dining and lovers in general.
