Dining Options
The Finest Dining in Bora Bora
TOPdive Restaurant
The TOPdive restaurant has a very romantic atmosphere. You have a superb view on the lagoon of Bora Bora and you can watch the sea life from its terrace at night. The marble floor and its incredibly high ceiling resemble a cathedral. The warm color of the wood and the
hospitality of the employees makes dining with us an unforgettable event.
Our wine list has a wide selection of exquisite Bordeaux red vines directly imported by us. All are ranked between 18 and 20 points on the Parker scale (20 is the maximum rating). We also offer terrific white wines and even some American wine selections like Opus One.
Restaurant Details
For people not staying at our hotel, we provide a free pickup from their hotel to our restaurant. The restaurant is open 365 days per year. We serve lunch from 12:00 PM to 02:00 PM and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
The most exciting excursions of course are the ones under the water. On the dry side you have a submarine with air conditioning and classical music, and on the wet side is real scuba diving. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or if you have already logged a couple hundred dives. French Polynesia is THE place for scuba diving. You can see many manta rays in Bora Bora, lemon sharks in Moorea, and hammerhead sharks in Rangiroa. It’s amazing how big the fish are here.
Our Menu
Appetizers
Seared local seabass terrine with zucchini and tomatoes
Vietnamese spicy shrimp soup
Crispy tuna roll served with tomato concassée

There are also bus tours going around the island and stopping at various landmarks. More fun is the 4x4 safari excursion, as the jeeps can go on unpaved paths inside the island. You can also rent cars. My favorite one is the "fun car". It looks almost like a toy cabriolet, and is very cute.
The boat excursions inside the lagoon usually offer a trip around the main island. As the boats stay inside the lagoon, there are almost no waves, and you can enjoy superb sights of the Otemanu and Paia mountains. You will stop on a Motu (small island of the outer reef) where you can do some snorkeling, or just relax on the wild beach. Some tours are combined with a BBQ where they serve authentic Tahitian food. One of the famous dishes is the "Poisson cru à la
Tahitienne" (Tahitian raw fish). Join a shark and sting ray feeding excursion for an adrenaline boost. If you like it faster, join a wave runner tour and enjoy the scenery at high speed. You can also explore the island on your own and rent a boat. These are small aluminum boats with a small outboard engine. You need no license to drive them. The Taravana catamaran will take you on a day cruise to the Tupai atoll, and for the romantic ones we have the sunset cruise inside our lagoon.
