Resort Fitness Assistance
Personalized training is available to lead you through an individualized exercise program. Complimentary assistance is provided daily. Private sessions may be booked.
Fitness Center
In our Fitness Center you can fully exercise each of the eight major muscle groups. Enjoy treadmills, bikes and Stairmasters in our state-of-the-art Cardio Center while you enjoy cardio theater entertainment. The Health Club also features a variety of cardiovascular equipment, resistance training equipment, two outdoor Jacuzzis, and a co-ed sauna and steam facility.
The fitness center is open daily from 6:30 am - 8 pm.
