If you are looking for the perfect place to relax and unwind, but want to stay n shape as well, the Nassau Beach Hotel may just have the answer. 

Fitness Centre
The hotel is equipped with a complete Fitness Centre. This facility is non-supervised. Our Fitness Centre offers the latest in state-of-the-art universal equipment, as well as a free-weight area. This facility is open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. You can plan your workout around your vacation, not the other way around. 

Tennis Courts
The hotel also has 6 tennis courts, three of which are floodlit for night play. Use of the tennis courts are complimentary for hotel guests during non-prime time hours. From 5:00 p.m. Ð 9:00 p.m. the fee is 7:00 per hour. 

Golf
Also five minutes away is an 18-hole PGA-rated Cable Beach Golf Course. Games can be arranged for play from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Club rental is $25.00 per person, Green Fees range from $75.00 - $95.00 (depending on the season), and golf cart is $60.00 shared. Golf Tournaments can be arranged for $350.00 for professional services plus $2.00 per person handling fees. Professional services include tournament organization, pairings and scoring. The tournament formats frequently used are Scramble and Callaway Systems.

Your vacation is all about you, and to make sure you have the best time possible, we offer for all our guests the best ways to make use of our crystal clear ocean and year-round sunshine. 

All our guests have free access to float mats, ocean kayaks, snorkeling gear, life vests and vu boards.  Of course, for those who come simply to kick back and relax, we have the perfect stretch of white sand beach, and our two swimming pools, one of which is heated in those cooler winter months.
