The Calabash Hotel
Tucked away at the end of L'anse Aux Épines Beach in the southern tip of the lush, spice island of Grenada is the Calabash Hotel.
Originally opened in the 1960's, this privately owned hotel has been completely rebuilt. Thirty rooms sit in a horseshoe formation on eight acres of beautifully landscaped gardens which look toward Prickley Bay. From each suite one can enjoy this splendid view.
Well known for its award-winning cuisine, personal and attentive service, Calabash captures the essence of the unpretentious and gracious style of the Caribbean.

Dining
The Calabash Hotel is proud of the reputation earned by it's restaurant which offers high quality cuisine, fine wines and impeccable service.
Our talented, award winning kitchen team under the direction of Roger Williams has developed the a la carte dishes which change daily. Our emphasis is on using the finest quality ingredients to create a superior cuisine that incorporates the
flavors of Grenada.
In addition to the local team, we are very pleased to enjoy an ongoing relationship with Michelin starred TV celebrity chef Gary Rhodes who has assisted in the development of many of the dishes on the menu which are most appealing.
Our wine cellar has been stocked with a wide range of wines from Europe and the New World especially chosen to compliment our menu items superbly.
At Jefferson's beach bar we have enhanced our luncheon menu at Jefferson's Bar featuring for example our most popular "Jefferson's
Bruschetta". Most Sundays, a tantalizing aroma of barbecue rises from Jefferson's, a popular place to be on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
So, while in Grenada, do not miss the unique dining experience of The Calabash .
