Surrounded by the relaxed ambiance Jamaica is known for, Shaw Park Beach Hotel offers guests the comforts of home in a beautiful tropical setting. Family activity and fun is bountiful during the day and romance fills the air at night. All rooms face the ocean, most with a private terrace or balcony overlooking 1,500 feet of private white sand beach. 

First class beachfront resort. Hotel is set on 1500 foot long private white sand beach. Facilities include a variety of water sports, pool and the Cutlass bay Palm Terrace restaurant. Cannot wear shorts, t-shirts or sneakers to dinner. All rooms have satellite TV. Almond trees, palms and lush tropical plants provide natural shade and beauty. All our rooms are comfortable and attractively furnished. Our dining room is designed in the style of a Georgian Colonial Great house, combining rich decor and a gracious atmosphere. The dining Terrace overlooks the beautiful Caribbean Sea where candlelit dinner is served. Very attentive and personalized service is offered which adds to the very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

Facing the ocean, these rooms are located in the main building, standard rooms are smaller in size as compared to the Superior and have a shower only. If there is a 3rd adult, a rollaway must be requested. These rooms are located in the West Wing, Main Hotel or the East Wing. 

Superior 
Bedding - 1 king or 2 doubles 
Occupancy limits - 3 adults, 2 children, 4 total 
Facing the ocean, these rooms are located away from the main building and are larger in size as compared to the standard rooms and have tub/shower combinations as well as TVs. These rooms are located in the Mermaid and Neptune Wings.

Restaurants 

Georgian Colonial Great House - Serving local and International cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks which include light meals like sandwiches. Dinner is served Buffet style Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, dinner is served a la carte. Wednesdays are theme nights featuring *Pirate's Night Beach Bar-b-que with lobster (in season). 
*Please note that there will be a surcharge per adult for the Pirate's Night Beach BBQ (applicable for All-Inclusive guests only), payable directly to the hotel.

Dress Code: 
For Breakfast, lunch and snacks, no beach clothing is allowed - cover ups are required 
Dinner dress is casual elegant - no shorts, t-shirts, sneakers, caps, short-shorts, and tennis shoes. Gentlemen will be required to wear long trousers for dinner. Jackets are optional on Saturday.

Lobster, sirloin steak, filet mignon and other fine cuts of seafood and steak are surcharged on the All-Inclusive a la carte menu, on a per person basis

Six bars, including the Beach Bar and the Balloon Bar/Piano Lounge. Our internationally renowned Balloon Bar and Beach Bar are well stocked with premium brand liquors. The Beach Bar is open from 10:00 am to 2:00 am and the Balloon Bar is open from 11:00 am to 2:00 am. Relax in the Balloon Bar and enjoy our musician at play while sipping a cocktail. Fresh fruit juices and selection of exciting drinks are available at the Charlie's Spa Bar from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm daily.

Charlie's Bar has been relocated from its original
home next to the spa office to a brand new bar in front of the mineral pool & gym. This new full service bar features fresh juices like carrot and celery and ties in perfectly with the health and wellness theme in its location.

Live nightly entertainment showcasing Jamaica's finest cabaret artists, musicians and cultural shows; weekly, themed gala parties including the Caribbean Carnival barbecue (a torch-lit beach fiesta) and the Grand Gala Buffet (a veritable twinkling fairyland on the lawns, beachside). On Fridays, a Grand Gala takes place on the lawns at 7:30pm and on Tuesday evenings, guests can enjoy our Caribbean Carnival barbecue on our private, torch lit beach.
