The Description:
2 bedroom villa with lounge, dining area, kitchen, balcony, patio and private garden with a Lovebird Aviary and directly on the famous seven mile beach.

The master bedroom comprises of bamboo furnishings specially designed for CocoVilla, and the bathroom benefits from a walk in closet, and large Jacuzzi. There are three TV's, 17" models in the bedrooms and a 27" model in the lounge. A CD player and video player are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave all utensils and a breakfast bar. The private balcony is off the upstairs master bedroom, and the patio and gardens off the lounge. CocoVilla is fully air-conditioned, and also has ceiling fans in all rooms as well as direct dial telephones. Maid service is included as is a stocked refrigerator with complimentary food and drinks for your arrival only.

The Restaurant 
Experience Jamaica in "The Restaurant" at CocoLaPalm. A delicious way to start the morning or wrap up a day. "The Restaurant" at CocoLaPalm serves breakfast and candlelit dinners on our newly built patio, with seating for seventy-four guests and additional seating for fifty guests inside. "The Restaurant" is right on the beach with beautiful sunset views. The menu features new world style, light cuisine with a uniquely Jamaican influence such as Ragin' Shrimps in Jamaican Sauce, Broiled Mahi-Mahi and Lobster Tails, Coconut Crusted Snapper Fillets and Rum and Lime Broiled Chicken Breast.

The Beach Bar & Grill 
Enjoy the cool evenings and relax with an infamous Jamaican Red Stripe. The Seaside Bar prepares soothing blended fruit punches, tropical drinks and cool wines. Beat the heat and enjoy a casual lunch in the cool shade of the resort's huge grape trees. The Beach Bar & Grill offers traditional Jamaican fare as well as hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and salads 

Year around, each and every week, come and join in the fun at CocoLaPalms Monday night Cocktail Party. Horsd'oeuvre, rum punch, beer and wine, soft drinks are all yours to enjoy as you listen to out wandering minstrel singing all the famous Jamaican and Caribbean songs. Again, one night a week you will enjoy the same wandering minstrel as he wanders among the tables of Negril's finest open-air verandah restaurant on the beach.

CocoLaPalm is located on 7-mile Beach, with many beach-facing rooms very close to the waterfront. Other rooms face either the pool area, or our lush tropical gardens.

CocoLaPalm maintains twenty-four hour attendants to pamper your every need. A short walk from your chair or a wave to our beach attendant will land you a delisious tropical fruit drink or your choice of foods from our Beach Grill.

Here at CocoLaPalm we treat each wedding as an individualized affair, as it should be. There is no designated wedding chapel or area; we leave it up to the wedding couples to pick their own location. We have many areas to choose from, weather it is on the beach, on your balcony, amidst our lush tropical gardens, or by one of our two pools. Our gardeners with fresh tropical flowers will decorate whatever location you choose. If you have special requests do not hesitate to contact us. Time frame & documentation 

Jamaican law only requires 24 hours residency on the island. If you send all your papers to the hotel prior to your arrival, you can get married just after the 24 hours residency requirements have been satisfied.
