		302 elegant rooms and 4 suites in bungalow-style in 2 story-buildings, surrounded by lush and exuberant gardens and tropical jungle. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fan, direct-dial telephone, minibar, hairdryer, safety deposit box (free), satellite TV and balcony / terrace with sun beds.
All Inclusive: Windsurfing, kayaks, catamaran, tennis, diving clinics in the pool and fitness-room. Guests may also take part in the following activities, free of charge: aerobics, dance lessons, air rifle shooting and archery, billiards, table tennis, water polo, volleyball and a variety of beach games. Facilities: Freshwater swimming pool, jacuzzi and childrens' pool. Two tennis courts. Extra charge for: Diving (PADI Diving center) and all motorized water sports. Health center, including massage and fitness-room; hotel shop, travel agency, medical service,... FOR CHILDREN Children's entertainment (age 4 – 12) with activity programs from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., playground, Mini-club, childrens' pool, and numerous games and competitions, mini-disco in the early evening. On request, babysitting-service (surcharge). ENTERTAINMENT Varied entertainment programs every evening with entertainers and professional shows. Disco. Strongly recommend is a trip to the Chankanaab national park with its tropical fish lagoons.

		All inclusive service including breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks during the whole day until midnight. National and international drinks from 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 a.m. and soft drinks and beer from the minibar in the room. A buffet with show cooking - surprising, delicious and exquisite. Real Mexican food in the restaurant, "El Sarape". For those who love meat, the steak house, "El Cedral". Palapa Grill-Snack Lounge Bar, Lobby Bar, a good place for meeting up with friends.
